Where possible, teams which have played together from the previous year are retained up to and including U9. This may not be possible if too many players do not return or for other operational reasons. From U10 to U16, players are graded based on skill level for Division1 and Division2 teams. Therfore we cannot guarentee that teams will go through together. In forming teams we will balance keeping teams together with individual skill and the skills of other players to ensure that players get an oppotunity to move up based on their skills.
